Standard turnaround time for most items is 3-5 business days. 3-5 business day turnaround applies to normal size orders. Minimum order is $20 with any rush charges added. WEEKEND rush is 50% per item, SAME DAY rush is 30% per item, NEXT DAY rush is 20% per item, RUSH is 10% per item.

Cut-off times for NEXT DAY and RUSH orders is 5PM on a business day. Cut-off times for SAME DAY orders can depend on the complexity and/or size of the order, but we will attempt to accommodate orders place before 5PM on a business day. All rush orders will be completed by the end of business hours on the day that they are due.

Due to our heavy workload, we cannot offer Rush services on orders that contain MaxMetal or Acrylic products, or PVC products that need contour cutting/routing.
